Advertisement for bid – NewView Warehouse Waterline Extension
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a water line project to serve the NewView Oklahoma warehouse located at the southwest corner of NW 5th Street & Douglas Avenue, as well as adjacent properties in Oklahoma City.
The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 1,400 linear feet of 12-inch water line along NW 5th Street to Western Avenue. Construction will require both boring and trenching methods to ensure continued access to surrounding residents and businesses throughout the duration of the project.
This project is being funded in cooperation with the City of Oklahoma City and federal funding sources. Contractors must comply with all requirements outlined in the bidding documents, including those related to federal funding.
