Improv in the Dark!

What happens when the lights go out—and creativity turns up?

Improv in the Dark is a four-week series beginning Feb. 5 in the Classen Music Lab where we take visual cues off the table and focus on what really matters: listening, imagination, and connection. In a fully darkened space, everyone’s on the same level as we explore improv through voice, timing, and collaboration—no scripts, no pressure, just play.

You’ll experiment with characters, emotions, and storytelling, build confidence in communication, and have a lot of fun along the way. No improv experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to jump in.
