Thank you to WOW employee Angela Johnson.
Joann Ellis nominated Angela, saying, “While I was gone for training, Angela was the operator in charge and she did a great job letting the other operators know what the queue was. She watched over the floor to make sure everyone was taking calls. I’m happy to say that I feel safe leaving Angela in charge.”
In addition to her great work, Joann said that Angela is a pleasure to work with and is always nice and kind to others. “I’m grateful she is part of my team.”
Thank you, Angela!
